The Mark 2 SOF-TOG is an enhanced version of the Mark 1 SOF-TOG, with improvements based on feedback from users of the Mark 1 in an operational environment.

Mark 2 Improvements include the addition of 500 Denier Cordura nylon front panels to enhance durability when the wearer has to low-crawl in rugged or rocky terrain.

Additionally, the Mark 2 has additional reinforced stitching on all potential stress points and improved placement of all points of adjustment to reduce horizontal lines on the front of the suit, enhancing the wearer’s level of concealment.

The Mark 2 SOF-TOG is currently being evaluated by 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as a potential issue item for their snipers.

The Mark 2 is a made-to-order item. Typical lead time for production is 1-2 weeks.

  • Reinforcement of the front panels with 500 Denier Cordura nylon to enhance the suit’s durability when the wearer is required to low-crawl in rugged or rocky terrain

  • Additional stitching of all seams and potential stress points to enhance durability

  • Adjusted and improved placement of adjustment straps to enhance comfort and reduce the signature of perfectly straight horizontal lines on the front panels (the human eye is attracted to perfectly straight vertical and horizontal lines, as they typical indicate something that is man-made), enhancing the wearer’s level of visual concealment

  • Comes supplied with 30x 16” lengths of elastic shock cord for natural vegetation tie-downs

  • Requires some assembly; purchase of burlap “jute” and its application on the SOF-TOG are the responsibility of the customer (I recommend purchasing “jute’ from www.customconcealment.com)
